in Vietnam:
Using Internet account of a local ISP, this ISP mus intergrate
into an Ipass or Gric Alliance.
To pay only local charge fee for access Internet in Vietnam,
you can use the only enter Tel number for everywhere: 1260
Tel number for free service support throughout country :

Contacting the Local Internet Service Provider (VDC) When you
are having authentication problems or error messages concerning
your username and password, or having problems with a specific
access point.
Contacting the Home Internet Service Provider (ISP) When you
have a problem with the download and installation roaming
software.

sofware, to use this service in Vietnam, following these guides:

If you have not install the connecting software, neither loose time
to download and install, please conduct these following step:
You are
IPASS customer:
- Choose Make New Connection
- In the username text box, please enter by the form: IPASS
"/" username "@" domain
For
example, if the username is vdcvn and your domain is
opstesting.com, please enter the username with
fullname: IPASS/vdcvn@opstesting.com
- In the
password text box, please enter your password coresspond.
- In dial number, please enter 1260.
- Select Connect for making a new connection.
You are
GRIC customer:
- Choose Make New Connection
- In the username text box, please enter by the form: IGRIC
"/" username "@" domain
For
example, if the username is vdcvn and your domain is
opstesting.com, please enter the username with
fullname: GRIC/vdcvn@opstesting.com
- In the
password text box, please enter your password coresspond.
- In dial number, please enter 1260.
- Select Connect for making a new connection.
