VDC will prevent the end user from accessing the service when any end
user is engaging in the unauthorized conduct defined as below.
¨ Using the Service
in a manner that violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance or
regulation (including those regarding Socialist Republic of Vietnam
laws and regulations on export control);
¨ Infringing any
third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other
proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
¨ Using the service
to take any actions that are fraudulent, defamatory, trade libelous,
threatening, abusive, harassing or obscene;
¨ Using the service
to take any actions that are false, distorting history information's,
to wound Vietnamese honor, prestige, dignity.
¨ Using the service
to interfere with or to disrupt Provider network users, services or
equipment;
¨ Using the service
to distribute unsolicited bulk emails or chain letters;
¨ Using the service
to cause an excessive or disproportionate load on Provider or its
suppliers’ infrastructure, attempting to commit acts of non-authorized
relays through any third party systems, using the Services to forge
electronic mail, or using the Services for acts intended to overburden
a recipient or computer system by sending mass amounts of electronic
mail or data with the intent to disable the recipient system or deny
service;
¨ Using the service
to distribute viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other similar harmful
or deleterious programming routines; or
¨ Using the Services
knowingly to gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any
computer network or account not belonging to that user.
